Our UNIVERSUM MECHANICAL collection has won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2024 in the category "Product - Watches/Jewelry". The award is presented by the world's oldest independent design institute, iF International Forum Design GmbH (Hannover, Germany), and is one of the most important design awards in the industry.
Inspired by the romanticism of space, the UNIVERSUM MECHANICAL watch collection is dedicated to the perseverance and incredible inventiveness of humanity in the search for truth. The design is based on the concept of merging stylizations of two star charts, one ancient and one modern, highlighting man's achievements in understanding the structure of the Universe. The dials are equipped with two rings for time indication (external and internal), as well as a calendar.
This year, the iF DESIGN AWARD jury included 132 independent design experts who were to evaluate about 11,000 entries from 72 countries. The criteria for evaluation included the idea, form, functionality, innovation and benefit to society.
