Dear friends, we've closed out 2023 with another award!
Our UNIVERSUM MECHANICAL collection has won the Good Design® Awards 2023 from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design in the PERSONAL 2023 category. The Good Design Awards has been recognizing the most innovative and cutting-edge consumer products worldwide since 1950.
This year designers and manufacturers from 50 countries participated in the awards. An international group of experts evaluated form and concept, design innovation and aesthetics, materials used and functionality.
The UNIVERSUM MECHANICAL collection was recognized for its new vision of mechanical watch design, which was inspired by space and the progress of human exploration. The concept is based on merging the stylizations of two celestial maps — ancient and modern — which emphasizes the human achievements in understanding the order of the Universe.
